Position Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on technical leadership to guide Salesforce architecture, integration, and delivery across multiple projects and teams. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Salesforce products and technologies, strong solution design skills, and the ability to align platform capabilities with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and roadmap for Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant products.

Translate complex business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices.

Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, middleware, and native connectors.

Establish and enforce governance, development standards, and platform security policies.

Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Guide and mentor Salesforce developers and admins, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.

Own the technical documentation and architecture artifacts, including data models, solution diagrams, and integration flows.

Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and ecosystem trends to provide thought leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience with Salesforce platform architecture and development.

Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Deep knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.

Expertise in Salesforce integration strategies, including API development, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and external services.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and deployment processes (SFDX, CI/CD tools).

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as:

Certified Application Architect

Certified System Architect

Platform Developer II

Integration Architecture Designer

Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or other industry-specific solutions.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
