We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face and voice of our company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive and satisfactory experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various communication channels such as phone, email, and social media

- Educate customers on our products and services and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences

- Process orders, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and continuously update yourself on any new and upcoming products

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their expectations are met

- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, quality of service, and productivity

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role; experience in the sporting goods industry is a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Passionate about sports and familiar with major sporting events and trends

- Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented mindset

- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends, as needed
