As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you meet with our fantastic customers in their home offering expertise on which equipment best fits their comfort needs. Each day is spent building lasting relationships, serving customers, closing sales and building a path for a bright future.
Compensation: 8% Commission, earning potential $100,000 - $400,000/yr
Benefits: Medical/dental/vision insurance (60% covered by the employer), 401k, sick time accrued 1 hour per 40 hours worked, company vehicle, phone, tablet and uniform
Desired Qualifications
Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
2+ years successful track record in previous sales roles
Maintain a minimum of 50% average closing ratio
Prior HVAC sales experience preferred, not required
