Interbeton, a subsidiary of Titan Greece offers an excellent opportunity for the position of Maintenance & Operations Supervisor at our Offices in Athens. This position reports to the Regional RMC & New Business Light Capital Manager and focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, compliance with health and safety standards, reporting, and leading new projects, in alignment with the company’s policies and standards.

Responsibilities

Oversees the licensing process, ensuring all required permits and approvals are in place for operational compliance.

Supervises the maintenance and repair of fixed equipment, ensuring all machinery is in optimal working condition to support uninterrupted production.

Implements and monitors preventive maintenance programs, optimizing equipment performance and extending operational lifespan.

Drives productivity improvements through equipment optimization, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

Manages the procurement of spare parts and materials, ensuring cost-effective sourcing through tenders and supplier negotiations.

Conducts regular inspections of mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards.

Coordinates maintenance teams and external collaborators, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of repair and upgrade projects.

Leads and supports new projects related to equipment upgrades, facility enhancements, and operational efficiency improvements.

Maintains accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and key performance indicators, ensuring timely reporting.

Applies and promotes health and safety protocols, fostering a safe working environment for all personnel.

Trains and guides team members in best practices for equipment handling, safety procedures, and maintenance operations.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a Polytechnic School

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial, construction, or site environment.

Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and troubleshooting techniques for industrial machinery.

Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and a focus on problem-solving and achieving goals.

Ability to manage priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate teams and external collaborators effectively.

Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Flexibility and ability to adapt and learn quickly.

Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).

Fulfilled military obligations (where applicable).
