Senior Salesforce Developer (Agent Force)

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in the Agent Force platform and a strong background in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, developing, and optimizing solutions within Salesforce to support enterprise-level agent and customer workflows. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.Key Responsibilities

Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and Flows.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand agent-related processes and build tailored Agent Force functionalities.

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).

Lead efforts in optimizing Salesforce application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Create and maintain clear, well-documented technical and functional specifications.

Ensure Salesforce platform governance, security standards, and best practices are followed.

Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers where applicable.

Participate in Agile development cycles including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues, and proactively implement improvements in system design and usability.Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Proven expertise with Salesforce Agent Force (or comparable agent experience platforms).

Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

Experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, process builder, flows, permissions, etc.).

Proficiency in API development and integration (REST, SOAP).

Solid understanding of Salesforce security and data models.

Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (CI/CD pipelines, change sets, or SFDX).

Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, or equivalent).

Experience in industries such as Insurance, Healthcare, or Financial Services.

Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
