Elite Recruiting & Consulting Services is hiring a dedicated CNA to support healthcare operations within a secure correctional facility in Allegheny County. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in jail or prison settings and be comfortable providing care to an incarcerated population.Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and feeding

Take and record vital signs, weights, and basic observations

Escort patients to medical appointments within the facility

Communicate clearly with nursing staff and maintain accurate documentation

Uphold safety and security protocols while delivering compassionate careWhat We’re Looking For:

Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania

6+ months of experience in a correctional or behavioral health environment preferred

Strong observational and communication skills
