We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for event planning. The Production Administrator will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating resources, and supervising team activities to meet production goals effectively.
Duties
Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules.
Coordinate event planning for production-related meetings and activities.
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for the production team.
Utilize office phone systems to facilitate communication among team members.
Provide administrative support, including document preparation and record keeping.
Supervise staff during production processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
Maintain organized files and documentation related to production operations.
Assist with human resources tasks as needed, including tracking hours and onboarding new staff members.
Implement effective phone etiquette when communicating with internal and external clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a production or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in supervising teams or projects is a plus.
Knowledge of medical office management is advantageous but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism.
Proficiency in calendar management and event planning tools.
2–4-year College Degree Preferred.
