Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Product Manager to lead the strategic direction, roadmap, and execution of Salesforce-based solutions across our organization. With 10+ years of experience in product management and CRM platforms, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and how they can be leveraged to solve business challenges and deliver value across departments. You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure the Salesforce platform evolves to meet both current and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements across Sales, Service, Marketing, and other functions.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure feasible, scalable solutions that align with platform best practices.
Drive product lifecycle from concept through delivery, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management.
Ensure all enhancements and integrations align with long-term platform strategy and maintain platform integrity.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related initiatives, updates, and roadmap communication.
Monitor usage, performance, and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging tools to recommend and implement enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce platform strategy and delivery.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce core products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
Proven track record in managing complex Salesforce implementations and multi-functional roadmaps.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to influence at all levels.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Confluence).
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration approaches.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from platform usage data and KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Platform App Builder
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
Certified Product Owner or SAFe Product Manager/Owner
Experience in industries such as healthcare, insurance, financial services, or B2B SaaS.
Familiarity with tools like Tableau CRM, Marketing Cloud, or MuleSoft is a plus.
