This position is for a statistical programmer to work in the Nayor laboratory. The candidate will perform the primary statistical analysis for projects related to Framingham Heart Study projects and other projects in the field of cardiovascular epidemiology and clinical/translational research.
Essential functions:
Statistical analysis using primarily the R language
Participation in core functions of the Nayor laboratory including attending lab meetings, meeting with trainees and faculty
Conduct and interpret statistical tests under supervision of a senior statistician
Write up research findings under the supervision of Dr. Nayor
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
The desired candidate will have an MPH or PhD degree and will be familiar with the R programming language and statistical programmer of common statistical approaches.
Required skills: Master’s degree with 1-3 years of experience.
