About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler to join our team. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring electrical components and systems for our products. Your attention to detail and ability to read and interpret schematics will be crucial in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to meet production goals and deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in electrical assembly

Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints

Familiarity with electrical testing equipment

Strong attention to detail and quality

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience with PLC programming

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles

Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems

Responsibilities:

Assemble and wire electrical components and systems according to schematics and blueprints

Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet production goals and deadlines

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Skills:

As an Electrical Assembler, you will utilize your skills in electrical assembly, wiring, and testing on a daily basis. Your ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints will be essential in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Attention to detail and quality will be crucial in meeting production goals and deadlines. Additionally, experience with PLC programming, Lean Manufacturing principles, and quality management systems will be beneficial in this role.
