We are seeking an experienced and business-focused Sr. Systems Analyst (Salesforce) to join our Technology team in St. Louis Park. Reporting to the Systems Analyst Lead, the Salesforce Sr. Systems Analyst is responsible for participating in the development, implementation, and adoption of CRM tools, technologies, and workflows. This role collaborates closely with executives, business teams, and subject matter experts to implement automation, build reports and dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, integration, maintenance, and improvement of our platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain a clear roadmap for Salesforce tightly aligned with the needs of the business.
Manage the Salesforce CRM integrated with nCino to support loan origination processes, focusing on structured data management and operational efficiency.
Identify and implement improvements and system customizations that benefit the Lending and Business Development teams.
Manage user profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, field-level security, object-level permissions, and sharing settings to enforce role-based access controls, ensuring secure handling of sensitive loan and customer data.
Design and configure custom data models in Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules, to ensure consistent and analyzable data structures.
Configure and implement automation tools in Salesforce, including record-triggered flows, scheduled flows, auto-launched flows, and validation rules to eliminate manual steps, reduce errors, and streamline complex business processes.
Prepare, validate, and process files for bulk data import, updates, and exports, ensuring high data quality and consistency across environments.
Write and execute SOQL queries to extract, filter, and analyze large volumes of Salesforce data for reporting, reconciliation, and quality checks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define report requirements to enhance the overall data reporting infrastructure.
Design, build, and maintain custom report types and use them to develop summary, matrix, and joined reports to address complex business needs and improve cross-functional visibility into key metrics.
Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards in salesforce to track performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
Support sandbox refresh, system integration and data migration efforts ensuring accurate metadata and consistency across platforms and datasets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of Salesforce.com experience
3+ years of business analyst experience
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision as well as in a team setting
Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills
Preferred Qualifications:
SFDC Admin Certification.
Background in Banking or Finance.
Working knowledge of Financial Services Cloud, nCino, and/or Power BI.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The typical annual/hourly base pay range for this role is between $94,500 - $134,200. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
