What You'll Do
As part of our Solutions, Support & Innovation Engineering team, you’ll be at the forefront of solving real-world problems for our clients and internal teams. Depending on your level of experience, you’ll take on roles in:
Level I (Entry-Level)
Respond to incoming requests for desktops, laptops, software, and network devices
Assist with installations, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware/software
Collaborate with senior engineers for ticket escalations and hands-on training
Maintain documentation and accurate ticket recordsLevel II–III (Mid to Senior-Level)
Deliver escalated technical support, both remotely and on-site
Handle system builds, server configuration, network architecture, and backups
Collaborate with QA and Dev teams to test and document custom software solutions
Identify system improvements, support application development QA, and help shape internal processes
Mentor junior engineers and lead client communications when neededRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience
0–5+ years experience in a technical support or QA role
Industry certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) a plus
Must have reliable transportation, a valid NYS driver’s license and be willing to travel throughout the New York Tristate area.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Able to work flexible shifts and be available for 24x7 off-hours coverage rotation (nights & weekends).Helpful Tech Experience:
Microsoft OS, Office 365, Exchange & Active Directory
Windows Server (2016+) and basic virtualization (VMWare, Citrix)
Routers, switches, firewalls, VoIP, and cabling best practices
QA testing tools, Chrome Dev Tools, and website/application troubleshooting
Ticketing systems and documentation platforms

Salary: $50,000 - $95,000+, commensurate with experience
