Join Our Team as a Radiologic Technologist!

Are you ready to make a difference in the world of healthcare? As a Radiologic Technologist, you'll play a vital role in diagnosing diseases and injuries using advanced imaging equipment. Your Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you'll:

Perform radiographic procedures, ensuring adherence to departmental protocols and guidelines.

Collaborate with radiologists to review cases and ensure accurate exams.

Administer IV and oral/rectal contrast as needed, while monitoring for any adverse reactions.

Screen patients for pregnancy and conduct tests when applicable.

Critique imaging quality, ensuring optimal positioning and technical factors.

Maintain imaging equipment and a safe work environment, reporting any malfunctions promptly.

Assist in training students and new staff, sharing your expertise and knowledge.

Support other areas during downtimes to maintain productivity.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days (American Heart Association)

Registered in Radiography (R) within 1 year (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)

Licensed Radiologic Technologist - Radiography (Illinois Emergency Management Agency)

Education:

Certificate of Completion in Radiologic Technology

Associate's Degree in a Related Field

Experience: Relevant work experience in a clinical setting.
