Your Responsibilities
Maintain a Sterile Environment: Apply aseptic principles to ensure a safe and sterile setting.
Provide Age-Specific Care: Deliver compassionate care to obstetrical patients in line with established policies.
Coordinate Supplies: Help organize and manage supplies and equipment for an efficient department.
Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between nursing units and departments, ensuring smooth operations.
Document Patient Information: Collect data, transcribe physician orders, and maintain accurate patient records.
Assist with Daily Living Activities: Support patients with their daily needs and prepare them for transportation.
Scrub for Operative Cases: Provide scrub assistance during surgeries and support staff during deliveries.
Engage in Customer Service: Ensure a positive experience for all Labor and Delivery patients.
Qualifications
License/Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Education: Associate's Degree in Surgical Technology or a Certificate of Completion in Surgical Technology.
Skills: Strong technical skills, judgment, and a commitment to patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $21.49 - $35.89 per hour. This range reflects a good faith minimum and maximum for the role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including experience, qualifications, and shifts worked.
