Be the first point of contact for clients needing technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system
Diagnose and resolve basic IT issues remotely or escalate as needed
Walk clients through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity
Set up and manage user accounts, hardware, and software for onboarding and offboarding
Document issues, solutions, and client interactions to improve support processes
Provide helpful guidance on IT products and services
Gather client feedback to help enhance our tech support experienceWhat You Bring to the Table:
Experience in a help desk or customer support role
Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products
