Pay Rate Range: $55,000 - $65,000

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage databases, and create reports and data queries as needed.

· Assist in periodic financial closing activities, including inventory valuation.

· Review and verify inventory data for accuracy and support financial recordkeeping with appropriate entries.

· Maintain and update cost data and product structure information for produced goods.

· Support periodic reviews of financial records and statements.

· Follow established processes for documenting cost and inventory data.

· Perform reconciliations of financial accounts related to inventory.

· Provide support in preparing financial documentation for audits and other reporting requirements.

· Participate in inventory audits, which may involve occasional travel.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

· Professional experience in an accounting or finance-related role.

· Familiarity with enterprise systems or business software (experience with major platforms is a plus).

· Solid understanding of general accounting principles and practices.

· Proficient with common office software and data management tools.

· Ability to manage tasks independently and adhere to deadlines.

· Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
