Fullstack Engineer

Job Description

We're assisting a well-funded startup building an autonomous AI interviewer with their search for fullstack engineers. The role will work onsite in their SF office (Union Square).

What you'll do:

Build consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software

Decrease interviewer response latency

Scale system architecture

Integrate with customer's internal hiring systems

Present interview data visually and quickly

Implement feature requests

Optimize and improve conversational AI

Collaborate with a talented team

Launch products impacting people's careers

What you'll bring:

4+ years of professional software engineering experience

Previous experience working at a tech-forward company with a high engineering bar, or high-growth startups

Comfortable working full-stack

Experience in Typescript and React

Experience in Python (FastAPI, concurrency, asyncio)

Nice to haves:

Great frontend design sense, experience in Figma

ML/DL experience (open source, inference at scale)

Experience in Cloud / DevOps (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker)
