We're on the Lookout for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and support the growth of our private-equity backed, HIGH-GROWTH home services company! Must have pest control or home services experience! This is a Hybrid role in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Job Profile:
Responsibilities:
Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information of complex and sometimes unstructured data
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets.
Interpret the meaning of the data and trends for business stakeholders
Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business leadership.
Design visual representations and report strategic connectivity to department and enterprise goals and objectives.
Transform data according to analysis needs and develop approaches to deal with imperfections in data (e.g., missing values or inconsistent data formatting)
Responsible for analysis and problem-solving related to data, types of data, and relationships among data elements within a business system.
Identify and automate various manual data and business processes using the appropriate technologies.
Collaborate with all levels of business teams (project managers, finance team, business development team, executive management, etc.)
Manage assigned projects to ensure they are delivered successfully and promptly
Participate in method development, process improvement, and standardization
Job Requirements:
Proficiencies:
Extensive knowledge of business intelligence analytics software such as Power BI, Excel, etc.
Pest Pac experience is preferred
Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Exceptional time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations
Strong desire to learn new technologies and drive for continuous efficiencies in the process
Analytical and problem-solving skills and demonstrated planning and organization skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member under deadline pressures; set priorities; respond to changing demands from multiple sources
Preferred Experience:
Data migrations and/or system transitions
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Home-services industry experience
Project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of pest control CRM systems
Experience using Smart Sheet project management software
Pest control industry knowledge and/or experience
