API Integration & AI Engineer (Mid Level)

Job Description

CRI advantage is looking for an API Integration & AI Engineer (Mid Level) with 2+ years of experience in systems integration, software development, or automation implementation. You must be experienced with REST APIs & authentication (OAuth2, API keys) and Automation tools (Zapier, Make, ServiceNow Flow Designer).

Programming/scripting (Python or JavaScript/TypeScript)

API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)

AI model integration (OpenAI, Cohere, etc.)

Integration platforms (Power Automate, MuleSoft)

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Interest in agentic AI tools/frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel)

Exposure to large language models (Cohere, OpenAI, Anthropic)

Experience or interest in ServiceNow's Agentic AI capabilities

Cloud platform familiarity (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Strong communication skills
