Competitive hourly pay with overtime eligibility Remote flexibility when not traveling Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match 3 weeks PTO + 11 paid holidays Tuition reimbursement and career development support What You’ll Do Install and commission injection molding and automation systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues Deliver preventive maintenance and emergency service Train end-users on equipment operation and care Collaborate with engineering teams and provide detailed service reports Support software updates and robotic integration What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in injection molding or related machinery Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Familiarity with industrial automation (Fanuc, ABB, conveyors, IO mapping) PLC experience (Siemens TIA Portal, Step7, or Allen-Bradley) Ability to read schematics and work independently in the field Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree/certification preferred) Valid driver’s license and passport (or ability to obtain) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service software Based in the Midwest U.S.
