Role Description We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Southfield, MI.

This is a full-time hybrid role, offering a mix of in-home services and remote work flexibility.

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing ABA techniques, providing parent education, and supervising behavior technicians.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-home assessments and design individualized ABA treatment plans.Oversee behavior intervention programs and adjust strategies as needed.Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality service delivery.Provide parent training and education to support client progress.Monitor, evaluate, and document client progress to ensure effective outcomes.Maintain compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and industry best practices.

QualificationsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.Experience in behavior analysis, behavior management, and parent education.Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
