Job Title: Radiology Technologist Location: Normal, Illinois Contract Duration: 20 Weeks Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (4x10s) Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week Job Category: Clinical – Allied Health Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to support and grow our program.

The ideal candidate will assist with training radiologic technologists, refining workflows, and actively participating in IR procedures across CT and ultrasound modalities.

This position does not require on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities: Perform and assist with IR procedures while maintaining a sterile field Act as a scrub tech and preceptor for IR staff Administer and withhold contrast or medication as appropriate Operate imaging equipment and perform basic troubleshooting Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety Educate patients and provide compassionate care during procedures Support inventory management and departmental workflow improvements Required Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in Interventional Radiology Prior experience as a preceptor/trainer Strong understanding of sterile technique and procedural setup Effective communication and attention to detail Education & Certifications: Required: Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology ARRT (R) Certification IEMA Radiography License (Illinois) BLS & ACLS (AHA)
