Description:
Sterile Processing Manager Manages the daily operations of Sterile Processing workflows, staffing, scheduling, and staff performance to optimize productivity and eliminate defects.
Shift: 3:00:00 PM to 11:30:00 Requirements:CRCST, CBSPD, or CST certification required; CIS, CER & CHL preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.An associate's degree is required (experience may be substituted); a bachelor's in business or a health-related field is preferred.A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sterile Processing is required.
Management or supervisory experience preferred.
