Pulmonary Function Technologist

This is a Full Time 36 hour a week position located primarily at Buerger, however candidate may need to work at one of the satellite sites (Bucks, Abington, KOP or Virtua)- whichever is closest to the candidate geographically.

No weekends and No holidays.

The shift will vary with start times of 7:30, 8 and 8:30 - 8 hour shift with 30 minutes for lunch.

No set days.

Requirement is Associate degree and two (2) years pulmonary lab or pediatric respiratory care experience.

The Pulmonary Function Technologist is responsible for performing modalities of pulmonary diagnostic testing offered by the PFT lab with minimal guidance.

Provides age appropriate services to infant, adolescent, and adult patients.

Performs calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting on equipment within the lab's scope.

Professionally interacts with vendors, patients, family members, regulatory agencies, and other medical professionals.
