Program Manager - PROS

A community mental health program is seeking a Program Manager to oversee its Personalized Recovery-Oriented Services (PROS) program.

This leadership role involves full operational and clinical oversight of a multidisciplinary program serving adults with mental health conditions through rehabilitation, counseling, and care coordination services.

About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: 40 per weekLocation: Onsite in Suffolk County Responsibilities:Oversee all day-to-day operations of the PROS program, ensuring quality service delivery across CRS, IR, ORS, and clinical componentsImplement standards of care and maintain program compliance with OMH and agency regulationsWork collaboratively with Quality Management on internal audits and documentation reviewsSupervise a team of clinical and support staff, conducting bi-weekly supervision and performance evaluationsProvide staff training on documentation, service provision, and regulatory standardsApprove timesheets, expense reports, and manage PTO requestsOversee documentation for collateral contact, phone calls, and incident reportingDevelop and execute outreach and referral plansMonitor incident reporting practices and ensure timely submissionsConduct bi-annual safety inspections and follow up on any facility concernsPerform other duties, as needed Qualifications:3+ years of Clinical experience in a Mental Health settingBachelor's DegreeExperience in a Supervisory roleStrong familiarity with OMH regulations and PROS documentation requirementsValid NYS Driver's License in good standingMust pass background checks and obtain NYS OMH clearance Desired Skills: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
