Reporting directly to the General Manager, this on-site leadership role is responsible for overseeing all general ledger accounting functions, budgeting and forecasting, capital expenditures, and risk management.

What You’ll Do Lead all accounting operations including cash flow, payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting Manage budgeting and forecasting processes Oversee capital expenditures and risk management Supervise accounts receivable/payable and month-end close Prepare for annual audits and R&D tax credit filings Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance Supervise a team of 3–4 accountants What We’re Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 10+ years of accounting experience Manufacturing accounting experience Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls Preferred: CPA certification Experience in risk management Key Skills Leadership and team management Strategic planning and critical thinking Strong communication and organizational skills High integrity and self-direction Ability to manage multiple priorities Benefits EligibilityFull-time employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for benefits starting the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
