Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Health Data Analyst IV to independently manage reporting requirements, perform detailed data analysis, and create impactful data visualizations. This temporary assignment requires a data-driven professional with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, capable of collaborating with stakeholders and clearly conveying analytical results.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end reporting requirements independently.

Analyze datasets, perform data validation, and create clear and insightful visualizations using SQL, Python, and Tableau.

Engage with stakeholders to gather user requirements, clarify expectations, and present findings in a concise, impactful manner.

Apply strong attention to detail and critical thinking throughout the data analysis process.

Deliver results with strong storytelling, communication, and presentation techniques.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience working in Agile environments.

Strong expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Python – candidates will undergo a technical interview.

Proven experience in data visualization, data validation, and data analysis.

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of Case Management experience.

Experience with statistical modeling and advanced technical Python skills.

Skilled in presentation storytelling and executive-level reporting.
