CNC Operator
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Education: Associate Degree required
Experience: 0–3 yearsPosition Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to assist in the setup and operation of CNC equipment. This role involves supporting tooling maintenance and ensuring all processes are followed to produce high-quality parts that meet ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and operation of CNC machines for simple, straightforward jobs.
Fabricate and modify parts to repair or maintain industrial machinery using lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other tools.
Measure, examine, and test completed parts to ensure they meet specifications.
Operate multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Follow machining procedures, shop math, and layout techniques to complete tasks accurately.
Qualifications:
Associate Degree required.
0–3 years of relevant experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.
Basic understanding of mechanics, metal properties, and machining procedures.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
