Windows Deployment Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Windows 11 Deployment Technician to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the deployment of Windows 11 systems, assisting with hardware installations, and addressing technical issues. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level IT candidate eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the breakdown, setup, and installation of computer systems.

• Respond to incoming IT support requests and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Provide on-site support by transporting and setting up equipment in various locations within the facility.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth migration to Windows 11.

• Maintain and update records of hardware installations and technical support activities.• At least 0-1 years of IT experience, with a minimum completion of an on-site IT bootcamp.

• Familiarity with computer hardware and basic troubleshooting techniques.

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, configuration management, and backup technologies.

• Exposure to Dell and Apple devices, with an understanding of their configurations.

• Ability to work with Android, Cisco, and Citrix technologies.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
