Job Description
We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support the seamless transition and implementation of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services across multiple global regions. Under the direction of the Global IFM and Procurement Transitions Sr. Director, this role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of transition activities that ensure minimal service disruption and optimal sourcing performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and organizational skills with experience in procurement, facilities management, or project coordination.
Demonstrate advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, IF statements, and other advanced formulas
Perform detailed data analysis, consolidating sourcing and asset data from various sources for reporting and templates
Coordinate and support IFM transition meetings by organizing agendas, capturing action items, and distributing follow-ups
Create and deliver presentation materials to communicate transition timelines, sourcing strategies, and key updates
Work closely with subject matter experts to document and publish IFM playbooks with sourcing customizations
Manage project trackers and milestone Smartsheet templates to ensure transition progress and sourcing objectives are met
Identify and escalate risks related to sourcing transitions and maintain documentation in the RAID register
Track the progress of transitions and align sourcing activities with project timelines and business goals
Confirm scheduling and completion of sourcing and procurement-related training sessions
Support data-driven decision-making by gathering, analyzing, and organizing procurement and transition data
Develop process maps and workflows to enhance operational clarity within sourcing functions
Maintain efficient file and document management systems for sourcing records
Collaborate with teams to identify best practices in sourcing and vendor onboarding
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement across the sourcing and transition lifecycle
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in procurement, sourcing, facilities management, or project management
Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets
Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process optimization
Knowledge of risk management, process documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies
