Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Data Scientist for a Contract job with a client in Marlborough, MA(Hybrid). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EDA and be responsible for gathering, validating, and cleansing data, as well as developing machine learning models to drive data-driven solutions.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Data Scientist job responsibilities include:

Gathering, validating, and cleansing data to support Data Science modeling.

Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) and deriving actionable insights.

Applying statistical techniques like hypothesis testing and regression analysis.

Developing and implementing machine learning models to predict outcomes.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.

6-9 years of experience in Data Science or related roles.

Proficiency in SQL and Python (3-4 years of experience).

Strong experience with exploration data analysis (EDA).

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
