About the Position
PAYARC is looking for a Business Analyst to ensure ISO standards are met/ exceeded. The ideal candidate has a desire to make an impact professionally and is self-motivated/goal oriented.

Requirements
Responsibilities
Review current business processes for accuracy and identify areas for improvement
Work with other departments to drive process and system improvements
Ability to analyze and interpret data, requirements, business rules, etc
Manage and review residual calculations for Payarc partners
Operational analytics
Work with required documentation and give necessary attention to details
Perform other duties as assigned/ provide operational assistance as needed
Required Qualifications
Must have strong analytical skills
Strong mathematical skills
Detail oriented and excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills
Experience with various computer skills: Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet savvy
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills
Strong technical aptitude or willingness to learn
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with key internal and external contacts
Judgment and resourcefulness to solve problems independently
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Possess knowledge of the acquiring business with respect to industry trends, business risk factors, and other operational procedures associated with booking merchants
