THE JOB:

As a Runner Writer, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service by assisting patrons with keno participation and placing wagers on horse racing and sporting events from around the world. This position operates in alignment with all departmental policies, procedures, and property standards to ensure a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $17.00/hour + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Write and/or cash tickets in accordance with departmental policy and ensure Title 31 compliance.

Maintain and balance cash drawer.

Educate guests on how to wager on all racing and sporting events.

Educate guests on how to play Keno.

Notify supervisor of any suspicious activity.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

6+ months of cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
