Job Title : Service Designer

Shift Details : Hybrid, 1-2 days onsite with additional days on-site as needed
M-F, 8 am – 5 pm PST
This role focuses on mapping and improving complex healthcare service ecosystems, including customer journeys, service blueprints, and backstage operations, across digital, physical, and human touchpoints.
Service designers will be embedded within squads building end-to-end service experiences for customer-facing healthcare offerings within our Customer Solutions team.
Figma expertise is required for mapping and storytelling, but this is not a visual design or front-end development role.
Candidates must have a portfolio showing service design artifacts (not wireframes or app screens) and experience orchestrating end-to-end service experiences within complex environments like healthcare.
