Phlebotomist III – Float

Key *

Perform high-quality blood draws and specimen preparation following standard procedures.

Provide phlebotomy coverage across multiple sites (PSC, IOP, mobile, long-term care).

Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily tasks in various settings.

Create a positive patient experience by building trust and clearly explaining procedures.

Act as site coach, mentor, and support onboarding of new employees and clients.

Handle complex test orders, collaborate with departments (Sales, Billing, Lab, IT).

Manage multiple priorities in high-volume environments.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, and WA; preferred elsewhere.

Minimum 5 years phlebotomy experience (including pediatrics & geriatrics).

3+ years in Patient Service Center/IOP setting preferred.

Strong customer service and data entry skills.
