BDC Sales Representative / Business Development

Full-Time Position$17 - $20/hour + Bonus & Great Benefits!

Previous BDC, Sales, Customer Service, or Call Center Experience preferred but not required.

As West Herr Auto Group in Buffalo, NY continues to grow, we need to expand the sales Business development center.We are looking to hire multiple full-time Customer Service Representatives.The BDC offers flexible scheduling, including work from home options for the right candidates.

Responsibilities - BDC Sales Representative:

Attend product and sales training

Answer internet and telephone inquiries from potential customers seeking information about vehicle availability and pricing

Schedule several appointments per day for potential customers to visit our dealership so we can sell them a vehicle

Be enthusiastic and create excitement about our products

Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals

Requirements BDC Sales Representative:

Effective oral and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Professional and reliable/punctual

Basic computer skills
