Business Development Leader – Restoration & Emergency Services

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Leader with a strong background in Restoration and Emergency Response services and a proven record of success in high-level commercial sales. Experience in the multi-family sector is highly preferred.
This role is perfect for a motivated professional who thrives on building relationships, securing major accounts, and driving strategic growth in a fast-paced, high-opportunity market.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and grow relationships with industry professionals to generate quality leads across all service lines
Strategically manage and advance a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term success
Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in restoration, construction, or emergency response
Strong connections and presence in the DFW commercial or multi-family markets
Self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
