We are looking for an experienced Assistant Controller to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash transactions.
• Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Lead collections efforts and maintain financial records for multiple entities.
• Collaborate on system integration projects to streamline financial processes.
• Utilize accounting software such as Epicor and Oracle to manage financial data.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to support business operations.
• Support audits and provide necessary financial documentation.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Proficiency in Epicor and Oracle accounting systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
• Experience with bank account reconciliations and cash transaction oversight.
• Familiarity with managing financial operations for multiple entities.
• Ability to lead system integration initiatives and improve financial workflows.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
