Lean Process Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

The Lean Process Analyst of Operational Excellence will facilitate multiple activities related to performance improvement, including the integration of Lean methodology through A3 projects, 5S projects, Lean Daily Management, performance boards, gemba walks, standard work development, staff coaching, and management tools development. The Lean Process Analyst will also provide in-depth project analysis and report generation in Excel. Other responsibilities will include assisting in staff training. This position requires a high degree of multitasking and an ability to work under deadlines.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

A Bachelor's degree or two years of experience in data analytics, project management, or equitable experience is required. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
