Tradesource is hiring an experienced Sheet Metal Welder for a full-time position in Middletown, CT. This is a great opportunity for skilled welders with sheet metal fabrication experience who are seeking steady work on commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Perform TIG and MIG welding on sheet metal components

Fabricate and assemble sheet metal parts according to blueprints and technical drawings

Cut, measure, and prep materials for welding and fabrication

Inspect welds for quality and accuracy

Maintain clean and safe work conditions

Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

2+ years of sheet metal welding experience (TIG and/or MIG)

Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills

Proficiency with welding tools and sheet metal fabrication equipment

OSHA 10 or 30 certification (completed within the last 5 years)

Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
