**Electrical Test Engineer**

**Job Description**

As an Electrical Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in large commercial or industrial projects. You will perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems, ensuring all work is completed according to blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations. You will also coordinate with leadership, engineers, and other trades to ensure electrical work aligns with overall goals.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in large commercial or industrial projects.

+ Perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems, resolving issues in a timely manner.

+ Ensure electrical work is completed according to blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.

+ Coordinate with leadership, engineers, and other trades to ensure electrical work aligns with overall goals.

+ Oversee and maintain inventory of electrical materials and tools, ensuring proper stock levels and availability.

+ Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols for electrical work to minimize risk.

+ Follow lean manufacturing guidelines, providing continuous improvement suggestions for gained efficiency.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience with electrical systems, bending conduit, and working with low/high voltage.

+ Ability to perform terminations and read blueprints and schematics.

+ 3+ years of experience in electrical installation and repair.

+ Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

+ Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in electrical systems is preferred.

+ Must complete NFPA 70E Safety training.

**Work Environment**

Work in an air-conditioned manufacturing facility located in Mesa, Arizona. The position requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed, and climb portable ladders. Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are necessary. Personal Protection Equipment will be required to ensure safety.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
