Job Title : QA Analyst / Tester

Location : Richmond, VA - Hybrid

4 days/week at the office

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, supporting system implementation, and facilitating process improvements. This role will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders, end-users, technical teams, and leadership to ensure project objectives are met within scope, schedule, and budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and a solid background in healthcare systems, large system implementations, and testing.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

Minimum 4 years of experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis, and tracking.

Minimum 4 years of experience in systems, integration, and UAT testing, including planning, execution, resolution, and reporting.

Minimum 4 years of experience in process/workflow engineering and analysis, including workflow diagramming in Visio, use case documentation, and policy/procedure analysis.

Minimum 3 years of experience supporting large system implementations involving complex solutions and integrations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.

Experience leading workgroups (highly desired).

Experience working in a healthcare/clinical setting and understanding of HIPAA regulations (highly desired).

Experience with VITA project standards/requirements (highly desired).

Experience in defining schedules, milestones, and metrics (highly desired).

Preferred Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clinical and technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of health system operations and clinical workflows.
