Our Field Customer Service Technicians perform customer service oriented tasks that support the City's water billing processes, perform technical duties that support optimum Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) functionality, and to provide an enhanced level of customer service to utility customers.
This is accomplished by verification and validation of equipment, quickly responding to customer utility concerns, setting new and/or replacement meters, installing transmitters, replacing customer meter boxes, locking delinquent accounts for non-payment, and collecting manual readings.
