Role Purpose Statement

You'll be working onsite in Anchorage, AK and will be responsible for day-day management of customer data (i.e. menu specifications, production reports, pricing information). Provide production and packing reports to operations. Assist the Accounts Supervisor/Manager with projects as assigned.

Main Accountabilities

Process key account billing

Process charter billing – obtain documentation from other departments and generate invoices

Reconcile charter billing to calculate charter accruals at the end of the month

Perform audits between billing paperwork and boarded catered items, eg flight checks

Keep all files up-to-date, stored and labeled for easy and immediate reference.

Other duties as assigned.

Work independently and within a team on special projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred

• 1-2 year accounting or related experience

• Working knowledge of SAP, preferred

• Strong math skills

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Willing to work flexible shifts and schedules

• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to business and objectives

• Command of software programs (Microsoft Word and Excel)

• Excellent attendance record

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
