CNC Setup/Operator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Setup/Operator to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our CNC machines operate efficiently and produce high-quality parts

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining operations.

Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain product specifications.

Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct quality inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to resolve production issues.

Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining is a plus.

Proven experience as a CNC Setup/Operator or similar role.

Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Salary info:

$27 - $32 / hr
