Data Entry Operator (S4 HANA SAP) - Foundry Industry

Perform accurate data entry in S4 HANA SAP related to inventory, production, and maintenance records.

Ensure real-time updating of production and material movements in the SAP system.

Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Generate reports and assist in data analysis for production and operations teams.

Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.

Coordinate with different departments (Production, Stores, Maintenance) for seamless data management.

Support the implementation of SAP enhancements and troubleshoot minor system issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Operator in the foundry or manufacturing industry .

Hands-on experience with S4 HANA SAP is mandatory .

Strong attention to detail with excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.

Knowledge of production and inventory processes in a foundry setting is a plus.

Skills Required:
