Automation Maintenance TechnicianResponsibilities
Replace electrical components, switches, fixtures, wires, fuses, motors, and circuit breakers.
Make recommendations for suitable substitutes for electrical parts.
Work on transformers, controllers, switching relays, timers, heating devices, and more.
Rewire machinery to update specifications and assemble electrical panels.
Locate, diagnose, and repair machinery with electrical problems.
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering sketches.
Perform standard computations relating to load requirements of electrical consumers.
Keep accurate records for ordering replacement parts and maintain a spare parts list.
Regularly inspect and adjust manufacturing equipment based on operator feedback.
Oil, grease, align, and clean machinery and mechanical parts.
Fit bearings, align gears, connect belts and chains, replace seals and gaskets, and torque fasteners.Essential Skills
Experience as an industrial maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment or relevant schooling.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
3+ years of experience troubleshooting pneumatics and hydraulics on manufacturing equipment.
Experience maintaining robots, motors, gearboxes, and electrical components.Additional Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience (480V, 3-phase).
Experience in an automotive manufacturing facility.
Experience maintaining highly automated production equipment.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
