We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Processing I - Cash Management to join our Global Payments and Treasury Services Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Perform timely document investigations with well-reasoned and supported decision making.
Utilize a variety of internal bank systems and external research tools to investigate, research, and prepare documentation related to client requests.
Demonstrate personal excellence including punctuality, integrity, and accountability.
Ability to recognize and act upon the importance of balancing risk and customer experience.
Strong ability to multi-task while also staying adaptive and flexible to constant changes that impact SLA requirements.
Proven communication skills and self-confidence to proactively contact and interact with clients, other financial institutions, and internal customer service teams.
Escalates more complex situations to senior colleagues for support and education.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
0-3 years of total work experience is preferred
Proficiency in office skills: computer, typing, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to self-serve, investigate, multi-task and prioritize
Strong verbal and written communication skills including a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to render good judgment and make decisions under minimal supervision
Strong time management and organizational skills
Upon demonstration of grasping job responsibilities and performance, hybrid work environment supported
