Sourcing Analyst

Our client, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking a Sourcing Analyst to join their team. As a Sourcing Analyst, you will be part of the procurement department supporting various sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sourcing Analyst

Location: Frisco, TX (Onsite or Hybrid, 3 to 5 days a week in office)

What's the Job?

Assist with the purchase of goods or services in support of a commodity strategy.

Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Accurately enter data from various sources into designated systems.

Utilize Excel for data collection and manipulation.

Process approved contracts in Salesforce by creating Cases, Opportunities, and Docusign envelopes.

What's Needed?

At least 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing circuits and vendor management.

Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Salesforce.

Experience in telecommunications procurement and sourcing initiatives.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data security.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
