Powering Chemical Innovation Starts With One Thing: YOU.

We’re looking for a QA/QC Manager who’s not afraid to own the lab floor, lead with confidence, and keep quality at the core of everything we produce. This is your shot to step into a high-impact leadership role within an established chemical manufacturing environment. You’ll be the driving force behind the quality of raw materials, in-process components, and final products while managing a close-knit team of skilled technicians If you’re ready to lead, improve, and own quality like a boss, apply now or message us directly for more info. Let’s talk about how you can make your mark!

Why Work Here:

· Career Growth – Clear potential to move into Production or Operational leadership. This role is a stepping stone, not a silo.

· Supportive, Close-Knit Team – Work in a collaborative, family-style environment where departments actually like each other.

· Stable Industry Leader – Join a company with a strong track record in chemical manufacturing and a growing client base.

What You’ll Do:

· Full operational control of the analytical laboratory (wet lab + application testing)

· Managing 5 lab techs across two shifts

· Reviewing, accepting, or rejecting materials at every stage of production

· Overseeing lab documentation, CoAs, product specs, and analytical methods

· Coordinating with production, R&D, and external customers

· Ensuring equipment is calibrated, procedures are followed, and data is bulletproof

What You Bring:

· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry

· 6–10 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or related industry

· Proven experience managing a small to mid-size lab and a multi-shift technical team while still being hands-on with testing and failure analysis

· Strong understanding of raw material and finished product testing, including specification development

· Familiarity with maintaining calibration records and laboratory service contracts

· Background with XRF testing

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Comfortable attending early-morning production meetings
